Time of Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks after order confirmation and processing. This period includes both the production of customized products and transportation time. However, delivery times may be longer during certain times of the year (such as holidays or periods of high demand) or due to exceptional circumstances affecting courier services.

Liability for Loss or Damage:

Once the package is shipped, the responsibility for its delivery falls on the carrier. Futi Prime is not responsible for package loss or damage during transportation. We recommend tracking your package using the tracking information provided and contacting the carrier directly if any issues arise.

Additionally, we cannot be responsible for packages that are destroyed or confiscated by customs in the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products comply with the customs regulations of their country. If the package is detained or destroyed by customs, we will not be able to offer a refund or resend the item.
